Hey Adam,
What a wonderful letter. Doesn’t sound like rambling at all to me. I wish I had have had the same opportunity with my own Dad who passed away nearly 6 years ago. Be glad you wrote it, as I’m sure your Dad is (or will be). I’m not sure that many parents ever receive a letter with such heart-felt thanks.

My heart goes out to you, buddy. This was really hard to read and even harder to write I can imagine. I hope I never have to go through what you’re going through because I know how much it makes my heart hurt just thinking about it. I can’t even imagine how you’re feeling. But you’re clearly a strong person, and that’s very admirable.

Let me know if you need anything. I’ll be here to help you blow off steam and distract you. Guinness and Mario Tennis? Hmm?

Hey Adam, That was a beautiful letter. Your dad should be happy to have a son as caring as you. Jess is so lucky to have a man in her life who cares for her like you do. I am not going to say that I know what you are going through because I don’t too many people say that and it isn’t true. So I am just going to say this, if you ever want to get away with Jess for supper and a movie sometime our apartment is always here. Take care and our thoughts and prayers are with you so your dad will be at peace.
